Prestigious Dojo Practice Menus Exploring Kenryukai in Osaka Prefecture

This month, we introduce Japan Karatedo Kenryukai (Osaka Prefecture).
Kenryukai established its dojo in 1994. Since then, they have been teaching karate-do to local children under the theme of "Chosing a goal and sticking to it changes everything!"Kenryu-kai has contributed to the sound development of the local youth.
In terms of competition, they tell their athletes that it is more important to "beat yourself " than to beat the opponent in front of you, and they practice effectively even in the limited time they have. As a result, in recent years they have produced winners and prizewinners in national competitions such as elementary school tournaments.
In this article, we will introduce some essentials from the ordinary practice of Kenryu-kai, divided into Kumite and Kata, to give you a hint on how to organize your practice menu.
