Ohno Hikaru & Nishiyama Kakeru Victory lies in preparation

In this month's and next month's issues, we will feature the kata training and physical training methods of  Hikaru Ohno and Kakeru Nishiyama (both of  the Oita City Fire Department and JKF National Team), two of  the top kata athletes in Japan and abroad.
It is through this practice and training that their "highly precise kata" exists.
