Takamatsu Chuo High School Filming

The Takamatsu Chuo High School Karate Club was established in 1995. Over its long history, the karate club has achieved numerous accomplishments. Known as a powerhouse, the club led the high school karate scene by winning both the boys' and girls' championships at last summer's National High School Championships (Inter-High).

Especially noteworthy is Tsugumi Sakiyama, who won the national selection in the girls' 59 kg kumite category, drawing attention for her evolving techniques. Additionally, the leadership duo of Tsugumi Sakiyama and Aizuki Sawaki, serving as the girls' team captain and vice-captain respectively, have also been analyzed for their technical prowess.

Furthermore, the unique training methods supported by the technical theories and mental coaching philosophy of Coach Koichi Sakiyama are also highlighted in detail.
