Kumite seminar held in October 2022 by Iryna Zaretska, two-time World Champion and Olympic medalist queen. She has been the world's most successful kumite practitioner, and her "Tetsu-roku" (iron rules for ever- victorious kumite), her way of thinking and practicing kumite, is now available to the public. 
The seminar will be made into a video! JKFan has been explaining her Tekketsu-ruku since the previous two issues. 
The theme of this issue is "control". We will look at her way of thinking to dramatically increase the decision making rate of her own attacks.
