Prestigious Dojo Practice Menus Exploring extra edition Hishokan Gakuen Branch

This month's issue features the return of  the Hishokan Gakuen Branch of  the Shitoryu Shukokai Karate-do Union, whose training menu was introduced in the March issue of  this series. We were informed that one of  the branches of  the dojo will be sending 16 athletes to Zensho (a national tournament for elementary school students) to be held this August, so we decided to introduce a training menu based on the concept of  "To win the tournament! With this concept in mind, we will focus on training, basic practice, and match practice for both kumite and kata (Shitoryu).
Hishokan Gakuen Branch has about 250 dojo students in 7 branches in Kobe City under the direction of  Shihan Kazuo Ishitobi.
