Ohno Hikaru & Nishiyama Kakeru Victory Lies in Preparation vol.２

Starting with the April issue, we have been featuring in three issues the kata training methods of  Hikaru Ohno and Kakeru Nishiyama (both from the Oita City Fire Department and JKF National Team), who are top kata athletes both in Japan and overseas, as well as the kata training methods of  the JKF National Team. Physical training methods are introduced as a special feature. Their "highly accurate kata" exist only because of  this practice and training.
