    The last part of Heian-Yonden is a series of backward (north) facing movements. 
    Movement 22nd-25th is a series of nekoashi- dachi, but you should move without changing the height of your waist.
    For bunkai, let's do the part where you do hiza-ate from nekoashi-dachi in Movement 24th-26th.
