Power Line Training！vol.5

This series of  articles has been highly praised. Mr. Shinsuke Wada (President of  STUDIO-QB, Director of  Japan Karatedo Shitoryu Renshinkan Wadayama Dojo) will introduce a training menu based on the concept of "Deepening the depth of  techniques through simple training!" Mr. Wada is the trainer of  the Hyogo　Prefectural Hyogo Technical High School Karate Club, one of  the strongest karate clubs in the high school federation, and also teaches training at the powerful Yagura Dojo in Osaka. 
Once again this month, we asked Masamichi Funahashi (3150 Fight Club), a former karate athlete and now a professional boxer who has been training with Wada Sensei, to be our model.
