At this time of the year in Kyoto, the trees gradually start to change color, and more and more tourists and students on school trips come to see the autumn leaves!
Last year, due to the COVID-19 epidemic, there were almost no people from outside of the prefecture, which made for a melancholy fall.
This year, there are tourists carrying large bags and students on school trips happily touring the famous spots and it feels like things are returning to normal!
Unlike before, they are all wearing masks of course, and the groups tend to be keeping their distance from each other.
I hope the whole world will be back to normal soon!
