SHINBUKAN in Mie Prefecture

This month's article is on Nippon Den Gojuryu Karate-do Shishokai Shinbukan (Owase City, Mie Prefecture). 
Shinbukan was founded more than 40 years ago, and since the current director Sensei Hiroaki Hyogo took over the dojo, 
he has been practicing with the children, thinking about how to make them stronger and aiming to win the national championships. 
In recent years, the dojo has produced several medalists at the All Japan Shoots, 
and this spring, the dojo produced its first national champion at the National High School Tournament. 
This time, he introduced us to the physical training menu that leads to actual kumite matches, focusing on kumite practice that assumes the situation in an actual match.
