NAGASAKI DOJO in Saitama Pref.

In this month's installment of our popular series, "Exploring the Practice Menus of a Prestigious Dojo," 
we take a look at the Gojyu-ryu-karatedo Nagasaki Dojo (Kawagoe, Saitama). 
Since the establishment of the dojo, Nagasaki Dojo has aimed to develop both the physical and mental growth of its students.
In recent years, the dojo has produced many medalists at tournaments in Saitama prefecture and Kanto region, 
as well as at national tournaments such as ZENSHO (national tournament for elementary school students) and ZENCHU/ZENCHU-SENBATSU (national tournament for junior high school students). 
In this issue, we asked the dojo director to focus on the physical and kumite training menu that the students practice daily at the Nagasaki dojo.
