ONLINE KENDO ACADEMY　Murakami Raita Part 9 - Small Men-uchi

This is my biggest difficulty. Learning to push the shinai forward, my mistake is I bend the elbows inward, bringing the shinai to my body. This makes the cut slow. I will try my best to start in isso ito maai, then step slowly in, to the maai, then without showing my intention, I will move firward like tsuki, with relaxed shoulders, then with fingers, put strengtg.
