Oshiro Seminar -From the Eyes Up -The Basics

In his opening remarks, Oshiro Sensei had already begun the seminar with a parade of eye-opening phrases such as "In the past, teachers took shumoku-dachi instead of zenkutsu-dachi," "Don't stand with your muscles, stand with your bones," "Originally, shuto-uke is not guarded by shuto," "Don't grip your fists too tightly," and so on. It was an eye-opening parade of words.
