Kihon-kata 2 Heian-nidan Part １

In the Heian Kata of KIHON KATA 2 of the Japan Karatedo Federation,
you can learn the basic standing, uke and attack techniques of shito-ryu. 
The Heian forms range from shodan (No.1) to godan (No.5), but nidan (No.2) is usually learned first due to its difficulty level. 
Practice your stances and unnsoku (foot work) until you can do them correctly.
