This is a recording of the legendary 16th Annual National Iai 8th Dan Invitational Tournament held at the Hakone Shrine Budojo on May 28, 2008.

The first part includes preliminary demonstrations by Kenji Tonosaki (Aomori, Muso Shinden-ryu), and Takao Yatsu (Ibaraki, Muso Shinden-ryu).
