This is a recording of the legendary 16th Annual National Iai 8th Dan Invitational Tournament held at the Hakone Shrine Budojo on May 28, 2012.

The first part includes preliminary demonstrations by Ryoichi Mitsuyuki (Osaka, Muso Jikiden Eishin-ryu), Tadao Matsuda(Kochi, Muso Jikiden Eishin-ryu), and Hiromi Takano(Tokyo, Muso Shinden-ryu).
