Students of the Founder, Seishiro Endo Shihan, Part 1 First half

In this series called "Students of the Founder", we interview the direct students of the Founder of Aikido, Morihei Ueshiba.

Seishiro Endo Shihan, who is interviewed in this episode, began Aikido while still in university and entered the Aikido Hombu Dojo after graduation.

There he was taught directly by Morihei Ueshiba, who was over 80 years old at the time. He has since devoted himself to spreading Aikido in Japan and abroad. In 1993 he opened the "Aikido Saku Dojo" in his hometown of Saku City, Nagano Prefecture. He is still teaching Aikido actively to this day .

In this first part taking place at the Aikido Saku Dojo, Endo Shihan talks about how he came to join the Hombu Dojo.
