I want to congratulate the administrators for these lectures. There are a lot of insights which are key for any person who would like to run a dojo efficiently. I truly encourage to continue with these contributions. I think an interesting topic for a dojo management, regarding equipment, is to generate key relationships with suppliers so you can offer students top quality equipment for their daily practice. Perhaps it would be interesting that these suppliers generate quick videos or courses to teach how to use different accessories so the teachers can train students and with that push both businesses. Just a thought to be develop. Best.
