Prestigious Dojo Practice Menus Exploring Kanagawa Prefecture Yokohama Kita Shotokan

We are currently working on a series of articles called "Exploring the Practice Menus of Powerful Dojos". This month, we introduce the NPO Japan Karate Shoto Federation Yokohama Kita Branch Yokohama Kita Shoto-kan (Kohoku-ku, Yokohama). Currently, 27 students are training under Gomei Sensei at the main dojo of Shinwa Elementary School in Yokohama City.In addition to teaching at the dojo, Sensei Gomyo is currently a member of the Kanagawa Karatedo Federation's 
committee in charge of juniors, and his eldest daughter and instructor, Mamiko, is also a member of the federation's committee, contributing to raising the level of competitiveness in the prefecture as a whole. In this interview, he introduced his daily training at Yokohama Kita Shoto-kan, focusing on his ingenious training menu, including kumite training that assumes actual match situations.
