INSTRUCTION METHODS： Chapter 1　SUBURI

This teaching method explains in English the basics of kendo and its applications that Kado Hanshi has been teaching both in Japan and abroad for the spread and development of kendo.

The 10 chapters of this series are carefully designed in the order in which they are taught, so that you can learn how to train for a strong and correct kendo style.

The contents will be useful not only for teachers who are making efforts to teach kendo, but also for improving their own kendo.
