Part 1
Nishijin, Kyoto, 2021. A man is working at a computer in a corner of an office. His name is Hideki Matsuno.
At his company, he does clerical work such as system management and tallying.
There is another side to Matsuno. It is... iaido.
Iaido is an ancient martial art in which the main practice is to draw a sword from its scabbard against a virtual enemy.
Matsuno is a skilled iaido practitioner, holding the 6th dan in iaido.
He is practicing hard every day in preparation for his dan promotion examination in November. We will follow his progress to see if he will be promoted to 7th dan.
