In Part 3, he explains Kasumi, Sunekakoi, Shihogiri, Tozume, Towaki, Tanashita, Ryozume, Torabashiri from Okuden's sitting techniques and Yukitsure, Tsuretachi, Somakuri, Sodome, Shinobu, Yukichigai, Sodesurikaeshi, Moniri, Kabesoe, Ukenagashi, Utomagoi from Okuden's sitting techniques as well as the manners.
