Koryu Shinkage-ryu Part 1

In this video, Yoshitaka Matsuoka Kyoshi 8-dan thoroughly dissects all the techniques of Shinkage-ryu and explains the rationale and key points of each.

In Part 1, he covers the basics of Shinkage-ryu Suburi called Kakaridoshi, etiquette, how to hold a sword, such techniques as Nuketsuke, Kirioroshi, Tsurubeotoshi, Kaketsugi no Kiri, Ashikae, Noto, and Junnuki, Muko no Katana, Hirakinuki, Yokemi, Yokogumo.
