Thank you for all of the history and deep insight into these forms, it has been eye opening listing to all of these instructors point out the small details that can make or break a form. Your resources and instruction are like no other, no books or videos come anywhere close to matching your insights. My journey in iaido and kenjutsu over the last 10 years has been the one constant that I can rely on. It has seen me through to a safe place through addiction, great personal loss, and many difficult times. I haven't been able to get back to in person training since covid, and it was showing in my personal and proffesional relations. It is something i neex in my life, so this is the next best thing to actual instruction from a sensei. Thank you again Frank
